Hey everyone. Thanks for your help with my previous CD burning query. Now, I am downloading songs from Puretracks, and the site indicates that I should burn the songs to CD with Windows Media Player. I have poked around in the software, but I don't see how to do so with JAWS. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Well, I use windows media player to burn CD's but I'm not quite sure if my directions will help you much. lol But I'll give it a try.

I go to the folder where my songs are and send it to my E drive. Then I select all and press alt-F and down arrow to where it says "add to burn list." I wait for a bit and then press alt F and down arrow to where it says something like CD submenu. I hit my right arrow and press enter on burn. Now all you have to do is press tab to where it says start burn and press enter on it. Don't forget to put your CDR in the computer before doing all of this. lolol I think you click on take no action first. lol Hope this helps.

*sexy*

Yes, be sure to click the take no action checkbox when inserting a CDR for this operation if u r prompted to make a choice. Otherwise, it may not work. Good luck.

OK I am thoroughly confused. LOL Is it possible for me to begin by looking at my list of songs, by right clicking on each one I want to burn, by selecting send to and then by picking the e drive? Is that a way I can do it? The list views and combo boxes within Windows Media Player itself take more patience than I have, so I am hoping I can do it this way. If so, what steps do I take after sending the songs? On a completely irrelevant note, I don't suppose it's possible to tell how many minutes are left on a CD, as with every other application? AOn another note, is it possible, even though Puretracks seems to indicate otherwise, to burn content managed DRM songs with a program other than WMP? Feel free to msg me privately on this as I am finding the whole subject immensely complex. LOL
